I Need Meade Telescope Help!?
I got a new meade telescope and I saw on the meade autostar that most of the planets are only able to be seen in the daytime. Right now Saturn is out (8:25 AM) and I really want to see my favorite planet, but it’s a little cloudy and I’m wondering if anyone knows if the meade telescope refractor model (ds-2090) can see through the clouds.
No telescope can see through clouds. My friends and I joke that one day one of us is going to invent a cloud filter and we can all get rich from it.
Scopes can see through a very light haze but that is about all.

This is great freeware that you can download. It is an interactive star chart. Tell it where you are and it will tell you what you can see. This might help you to plan your viewing nights and to help answer things like what is that. Enjoy
