What is the best telescope and camera to take pictures with space?
I am interested in buying a telescope and camera combo that I can use, for beautiful, clear quality, professional quality pictures of the moon, sun, space, solar system, etc. What is the best model to get that is affordable yet the ability has, in good zoom?
Imaging is probably the most expensive aspect of the hobby of astronomy, so probably not what you are looking for exists. For photographs of the moon and the planets, You can get by with something like a Celestron nexImage camera with a laptop and a Dobson telescope. Orion sells Dobson, reasonably well made, reasonably Prices. The StarBlast sells for around $ 200. You'd be better off with a slightly larger that a 2 "focuser includes.
